Afuwa, 46 years is a single mother of 6 children. She hard working woman who struggles daily to ensure that her family and children acquire the basic needs.  With the big number of children to take care of, Afuwa says that it is a challenge to fulfill all the needs of her family given the income she earns.

Afuwa runs a small pancake business which she depends on the support her family. She however admires to grow her business so that she can better take care of her family but lacks the required capital to see her dream of business expansion. “It has always been my dream to see that my business grows so that I can particularly send my children to school, 4 of my children have dropped out of school because of lack of money” says Afuwa.
