Shirat lost his mother at age of 2 years and was abandoned by his father. She lives with her grandparents who are very old. Her grandparents are typically peasant farmers and struggle to provide for her school fees, scholastics, food and other basic needs which makes her miss out school.

Shirat is an outgoing and jolly child and loves the Lord; she participates in Sunday school activities. She enjoys athletes, playing netball and playing group games.  She also spends time drawing and shading. While at home, she helps her grandparents to fetch water, clean the house and wash utensils.

Amidst the challenging situation for the child, Shirat has a lot of dreams and she wants to become a Nurse. With you support and prayer, you can enable her to achieve her dream and impact her life.
