Aisha is an outgoing and happy child; she lives with her mother, a sister and a brother. Her mother depends on peasantry farming as her primary source of income to provide for her family. Despite all efforts by her mother, it is very difficult for her to provide for the children’s needs in terms of education, medical care and food.

Aisha is often sent back home from school due to lack of school fees. She enjoys playing rope skip games and making craft toys. At home she helps to clean the house, fetch water and cook food. She loves going to school and hopes to become a Nurse in future.
