Mentoring Women

SustainME provides Mentorship to the vulnerable women in order to ensure the sustainability of their small businesses. First when the women access business training, it is mostly through discussions and visual aids which is a bit different from putting it into business practice. Mentorship which is conducted in one on one mode enables women to actually put into practice what they learn during the business training. Weekly follow ups and visitation to women’s business premises equips them with the really hands on business knowledge. It is an ongoing process in order to achieve more sustainable results.

Women who are mentored have increased their capacity to grow and maintain their small businesses. This has increased on their household incomes and their capacity to provide for their children.
